Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide you with further instructions.

Please note:
   •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
   •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
   •    Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
